WHAT IS THE AURA?
The aura is the electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body (Human Energy Field-HEF) and every organism and object in the Universe.
The Human Energy Field as a collection of electro - magnetic
energies of varying densities that permeate through and emit or exit
from the physical body of a living
person. These particles of energy are suspended around the healthy
human body in an oval shaped field. This "auric egg" emits out from the
body approximately 2-3 feet (1 metre on average) on all sides. It
extends above the head and below the feet into the ground.
WHAT DOES AN AURA CONSIST OF?
The aura consist of seven levels/layers/auric bodies . Each one of the subtle bodies that exist around the physical body, has its own unique frequency. They are interrelated, and affect one another and the person's feelings, emotions, thinking, behaviour, and health as well. Therefore a state of imbalance in one of the bodies leads to a state of imbalance in the others.
THE AURIC BODIES AND YOUR NEEDS ON EACH LEVEL OF AURIC FIELD
1) Physical auric body - Physical sensations. Simple physical comfort, pleasure, health.
2) The etheric auric body - Emotions with respect to self. Self-acceptance and self love.
3) Vital auric body - Rational mind. To understand the
situation in a clear, linear, rational way.
4) Astral (emotional) body - Relations with others. Loving interaction with friends and family.
5) Lower mental auric body - Divine will within. To align with the divine will within, to make commitment to speak and follow the truth.
6) Higher mental auric body - Divine love, and spiritual ecstasy.
7) Spiritual (intuitive) body - Divine mind, serenity. To be connected to divine mind and to understand the greater universal pattern.
Interpreting Aura Color Meanings
Auras contain many different colors, change colors constantly, and each
shade affects the aura colors meaning. Your mood, what you’re doing and
what you’re experiencing in life all determine the colors of your aura
at any given time.
In New Age pop culture, there is a common
misconception that aura colors meaning is straightforward. Examples
are: red=passion, yellow=optimism and purple=spirituality. Make no
mistake, colors do contain meaning. But attempts to create ‘cut and
dried’ color codes greatly over-simplify the matter.
Within each color, there are many different shades and tones. Each unique shade communicates a different meaning. Take a simple example: the color red. A bright
shade of red which contains a lot of yellow reads very differently than a dark shade of red which contains a
lot of brown. Each of these tones would express something different about your aura. A trained
clairvoyant reader can look at these shades of color and interpret their unique shades of meaning.
Another
example...imagine you
are going through color swatches
to pick
the right tone of paint for
a room. There are many subtle
variations. Some you will like and some you won’t like. Even if they
are all tones within the same color, each can make you feel
differently. Bottom line: different tones of the same color
communicate different meanings.
The colors of your aura are also affected by the energies of other
people. It is common to have other people’s colors in your aura. For
example, if a mother wants her daughter to grow up to be a certain kind
of woman, the mother may put her own shade of green energy into the
daughter’s aura. In an
aura
reading,
a clairvoyant reader may see the daughter’s aura contains green and
recognize this is not the daughter’s own energy. Having someone else’s
energy in your aura like this can create many problems, including
confusion, inner unrest and even health problems.
Your aura can contain any one of the million color variations in the universe. So it is a mistake to squeeze aura colors meaning down into a ‘cut and dried’ color code. There are, however, some general themes which can help guide the interpretation process. Keep in mind, aura colors meaning depends on the shades and also who the energy comes from. These are some rough guidelines for interpreting aura colors...

Seeing the Aura Exercise
This exercise is designed to see Aura for the first time and/or practice seeing Auras. Choosing good conditions is important: not only you see the Aura better, but also to gain a confidence about what you see.
1. Situate the person in front of a very softly illuminated PLAIN WHITE background. A color background will change Aura colors, so you need additional knowledge about combining colors. Some combinations of background and Aura colors may cause misinterpretation problems.
2. Choose ONE SPOT to look at. The middle of the forehead is VERY GOOD. This is a location of so called Brow Chakra or the Third Eye. In some cultures (India) they put a mark on a forehead. Such a mark in ancient times could mean the invitation to look and see the Aura.
3. Look at this spot for 30 to 60 seconds or longer
4. After 30 seconds analyze surroundings with your peripheral vision, while still looking at the same spot. Continuing the concentration is most important. Resist temptation to look around. You should see that the background nearby the person is brighter and has a DIFFERENT color than the background further away. This is your own perception of the Aura. The longer you concentrate, the better you will see it. Remember, concentration on one spot increases your sensitivity by accumulating the effect of the Aura vibration reaching your eyes.
